Features

Smart Bookmarks

Press ⌥A (Mac) or Alt+A (Windows) to save the current page, or use the Tabkit popup icon. AI automatically generates a title, description, and tags for every bookmark you save. Use the full-text search or filter by tags to find anything instantly.

Quick Access

The new tab page features a 12-slot quick access grid for your most-visited sites. Pin your favourite pages for one-click access, or let Tabkit populate the grid automatically based on your browsing habits.

Discover

Stay up to date with curated content from 7 sources: Product Hunt, GitHub Trending, Hacker News, Reddit, TechCrunch, Dev.to, and Lobsters. Choose which sources to follow and customize your feed.

Import & Export

Import bookmarks from:

  • Chrome one-click: Reads your Chrome bookmarks directly (requires bookmarks permission)
  • HTML file: Standard Netscape format — works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge exports
  • Chrome JSON: Chrome’s internal bookmark backup format

Export all your data as JSON from Settings > Data & Privacy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) for storage and Cloudflare Workers for the API. Read our full Privacy Policy.

Can I use Tabkit without a Google account?

Yes. Tabkit supports both Google OAuth and email one-time password (OTP) login. You can sign in with any email address — no Google account required.

What happens to my Chrome new tab page?

Tabkit replaces your new tab page. When you open a new tab, you'll see Tabkit instead of Chrome's default. You can disable this by uninstalling or disabling the extension in chrome://extensions/.

How do I export my bookmarks from another browser?

Chrome: Go to chrome://bookmarks/ > click the three-dot menu > Export bookmarks.

Firefox: Open Bookmarks Manager (Ctrl+Shift+O) > Import and Backup > Export Bookmarks to HTML.

Safari: File > Export Bookmarks.

Edge: edge://favorites/ > three-dot menu > Export favorites.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data including bookmarks, tags, and notes.

How do I get a refund?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact hi@tabkit.app with your order ID within 14 days of purchase.
