Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Tabkit purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for requesting a refund.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All Founding Member purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Tabkit for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to hi@tabkit.app with:

  • Your LemonSqueezy order ID or order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer partial refunds or credits depending on the circumstances.

4. Account After Refund

Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. Your bookmarks and data will remain intact — you will not lose any data.
